The aim of this session is to provide some demos of linux in operation and give less experienced LUG members a chance to come and ask questions. The current demos planned are :

  1. Installation of Linux to dual boot with windows. This would cover partitoning (fips, fdisk) and the installation.
  2. Bulk editing with scripts (John Pinner)
  3. Networking/internet connections (Tim Williams)
  4. Linux Office Software (Paul Cooper)
